Welcome to Holoviewtic. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Holoviewtic website, including the interstellar drawing viewport, the Drawing Studio, the Cosmic Birth Star analyzer, and all related tools and content (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

Holoviewtic is an interactive laboratory that lets you draw shapes and matches them against a small internal catalog of deep-space objects using normalized coordinate pattern matching. The Cosmic Birth Star feature maps a chosen calendar date onto a generated celestial diagram. The Service is provided for entertainment, educational, and creative purposes only.

2. No Scientific or Astrological Guarantee

The pattern matches, birth star alignments, guardian stars, and cosmic descriptions produced by Holoviewtic are illustrative and generated for engagement. They are not scientific measurements, astronomical determinations, or professional astrological readings, and should not be relied upon for any decision-making.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or its underlying infrastructure;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service other than for normal personal browsing;
• Use the Service to infringe the rights of others or to transmit unlawful content;
• Misrepresent your affiliation with Holoviewtic.

4. Intellectual Property

All text, layouts, code, diagrams, and branding presented on Holoviewtic, other than content you personally create, are owned by Holoviewtic or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Shapes you draw within the Service remain yours; you grant us only the temporary, local processing needed to render matches in your browser.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holoviewtic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Finland.
